Support, PAL prompter screws, Z-Shape riser mount

Finding the right screw to mount a Z-shape riser (camera mount) on a SLED of a Prompter People PAL teleprompter:

One of the last pictures shows it when we use a washer. Both ways with and without washer are ok. I would prefer it with the washer.
